Lucky draw terms
This lucky draw is run by MathsCare Education & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“MathsCare”, “we”). By registering on the lucky draw page you accept these terms.
- Who can enter. Anyone resident in India who buys a MathsCare course between 26 September 2026 and 2 October 2026 (IST), both days included. Purchases made between 21 and 25 September 2026 also qualify. MathsCare employees and their immediate families cannot win.
- How to enter. Register on the lucky draw page with your name and the mobile number used for the purchase. Registration closes at 11:59 PM IST on 2 October 2026.
- Coupons. You get one coupon for each course purchased in the eligible period. Register once per purchase. A coupon shown on screen is provisional until we match it with a real, paid and not-refunded purchase on the same mobile number. Coupons we cannot match, duplicates, and coupons beyond the number of eligible purchases are removed before the draw.
- Which draw. A coupon linked to a course where you paid ₹3,000 or more enters the Flagship draw. Every other valid coupon enters the Pro draw.
- Prizes. Flagship draw: 10 winners. Winners 1 to 3 get MathsCare anniversary gifts. Winners 4 to 10 get one test series and one book of their choice plus the AI Mastery course. Pro draw: 10 winners, each gets the AI Mastery course. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If a listed item is unavailable, we may give an item of similar value.
- The draw. Winners are picked at random from valid coupons, live on MathsCare’s channels on 3 October 2026. One person can win at most once in each draw.
- Claiming. We contact winners on their registered mobile number. If we cannot reach a winner, or the winner does not confirm within 7 days, we may pick another winner.
- Refunds. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, its coupon and any prize won with it are void.
- Taxes. Any tax payable on a prize under Indian law is the winner’s responsibility, and we will deduct tax at source where the law requires it.
- Fair play. We may disqualify entries that use false details, someone else’s purchase, or automated or repeated submissions.
- Changes. We may change, extend or cancel the lucky draw if something outside our control affects it. We will post any change on the lucky draw page.
- Final decision. MathsCare’s decision on eligibility and winners is final. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Privacy policy
This section explains what we collect on the lucky draw page and what we do with it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Where it is stored. Entries are saved in a Google Sheet on MathsCare’s Google account (Google acts as our service provider). A copy of your own coupons is kept in your browser so the “My coupons” button works. Clearing browser data removes that copy.
- Who sees it. Only the MathsCare team running the draw. We do not sell your data. Winners’ first names may be announced during the live draw.
- Messages. We may call or message you about this lucky draw. We will not add you to unrelated marketing without your consent.
- How long we keep it. Until prizes are delivered and any disputes are settled, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your entry, or withdraw consent. Deleting your entry before the draw removes your coupon from it.
- Third parties on this page. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. WhatsApp sharing opens only when you tap it.
